Private Equity, the leading French private equity investment group (owned by
Banque Populaire Group) with more than 800 investments made in France.
Launched in 2000, NPEI has completed several international alliances making direct
investments with existing private equity businesses in Germany, Spain, Poland and
India, where consistently keeps a relevant market position in the small and medium
size industry. In addition to these direct investments, NPEI currently has investment
operations in Sao Paolo and Buenos Aires in Southern America, and Hong Kong,
Taiwan and Canton in Asia.
Natixis Private Equityencompasses all Banques Populaire's units dedicated to
equity financing. It is a major player in the French private equity market, ranked as
the leading provider of equity financing to small and mid cap companies.
It manages more than € 3 billion trough eleven subsidiaries specialized not only by
business line (expansion capital, buy-out/buy-in capital, venture capital, mezzanine
debt and secondary market) but also by source of funding (balance sheet and third
parties' money) and by invested amount.
